When I learned of NENE the guy who discovered it jumped on a plane from Baltimore and headed to Florida to see it.

Was it before NENE entered into the 2nd phase of their NREL agreement on March 1,2013?

Just wondering whether or not safety/security protocols changed,once the second phase had commenced.

When collaborating with the Government,you never know.

From what I was made to understand,they are sharing classified technologies,in order to further SolarWindow's progress.
