As much as I would love to believe the contracts, I am much more
inclined to believe the financials will be what pushes this.


A profitable reverse merger is rare down here on the OTC.


Normally companies r/m down here because they need to raise funds.
In this case, EIP doesn't seem to need to raise any money, so this
should be the major catalyst since it is the most likely event to
happen here.
