What class of claim is this that has a value of nearly 100%?

How does Fuld's claim compare to the claims that have only gotten 21%-25%? Or is this one of the claims that has been paid approx. 23% and now he sold it to people expecting to eventually get the other approx. 77%?

Does this bode well for our CTs?
