Could you please enlighten me on how heddle has a chance of making a long term gain if the company fails and he loses his 3 million loan and stock?

If your implying the tech can make a profit and heddle will be the recipient then I am forced to ask why you think the company will fail then?

If your implying heddle receives all the assets and then liquidates them and he will make a profit then I have a big lol.

The company will either be a monstrous success or the value of the assets are scrap metal and there ain't close to a million worth on all of it.
