Okay if the company goes belly up how does heddle retain his 3 million investment if the technology is worthless?

So once again you just can't have it both ways when arguing that the investment heddle made is not significant because he the thought he may have a golden parachute if the company fails.

If the technology holds value the stock is gonna fly if not heddle losses his 3 million he loaned the company and all the stock he bought also.
