Yes, fact. But the concept of watching the same movie in 3D on such a device is ludicrous. As is paying $7.50 for such an app.

People who buy movie media for iPhones, tablets, etc, are doing so just to kill time while mobile, and they can barely see what they are viewing at that. 3D in that context is like who cares? imo
