If it is a buyout it will have to be a release of PRs over a few months in order to build pps up to a point where a sales price and buyout premium make sense for the SH of both companies. Maybe collaboration, other data results, Asia liver deal, Cotara deal, partnership, and buyout.

Would be fun to watch.
