The event announced today by CereSpir may very well end up a positive to (all) ILNS shareholders.Its hard to beleive that Chain made out so well and the powers to be allowed this to occur without a very good reason.
Just me thinking out loud.Chain saw the deal.Went after it for the company ILNS but the other party wanted no part of felons so he and Maza made a deal to allow him to seal the deal and some how later reunite.
In the same time Blech/Chassman % went from 16.3% to 11% as of 10/15/13.What is that number today? Is it still 11% or is it alot lower today?
We should hear soon after the late filing coming by Maza.
Thank you for the reply Deals, I was starting to think I was the only one who saw it that way. I really can't see the merger being good for Intellect's shareholders. It really only helps Chains new company with more for their pipeline. Im still holding on to hope that a major pharma buys Intellect. GLTY
