That seemed to be automatically generated, like a computer algorithm. No time for human hands to decide and input that quickly as soon as the 4's were taken out. I think CSTI is trying to break the spirit of shareholders to get our shares at .0003 since they are short. The company needs to help put pressure on them IMO
