$4.00 --> its not in the short term going to get there, so the primary purpose behind the recent filing was to

1) induce fear of non-existent dilution

and

2) short sellers to aggressively cover, the only way to do such a thing in this circumstance is to take it way down and HOPE retail is scared enough to sell.
