The first sentence sold me.

This may be alluding to Dr. Chains many connections, or his personal ability to get it done.
I am of the opinion that you cannot truly separate ILNS from Dr. Chain He owns majority stock, his baby.

The transaction is done.No way does Chain issue a pr with this wording unless the deal is complete.

That is why I say betrayed.Whom is this good for? It sure aint Intellect at this point.Still have hope but its so little its not worth talking about.
