Think of the bid side as the "demand" and the ask side as the "supply." Obviously you want the demand to outweigh supply so that pps increases. Right now the ask size @ .0005 is about 50 million. On a heavy volume day that is actually relatively small. But because we have had low volume lately we have been stuck in the .0005s. This will likely change next week if a positive Q3 is released. If the Q3 exceeds expectations that could result in a huge jump into .00s. The last quarter earnings release on 08/11/13 did not result in a significant bounce until about 08/21/13 (10 days later) so BE PATIENT.
