In fact, the shareholders who filed them actually would have a better case against Fraudstein himself because his omission of some facts, twisting of other information and his outright lies amount to pure malice intended to distort the market price of STSI.
The only thing that was "trumped up" was Fraudstein's portrayal of his hit piece as "journalism."
