Guess they rounded up all those Offshore MM
I posted 2 or 3 message that the issue with the OTC was system software problem, and that it had nothing to do with MM Offshore or their hiding bids.

Trading in thousands of stocks listed on OTC OTCM 0.00% Markets Group Inc. froze Thursday after the platform suffered a "connectivity issue," according to a spokeswoman.
The outage prevented OTC Markets from opening up trading Thursday, leaving traders without the main market for trading securities not listed on major exchanges such as the New York Stock Exchange NYX +0.35% or the Nasdaq Stock Market.
