with all due respect, I think that theory was proved wrong on Nov 4th (amongst many other days) when the volume was 2.5M shares and otcshortreport.com showed only 24K in short volume...I saw close to a million shares go off at the bid at .012 when BMAK was capping the pps at .0125 ask...according to your post, that million share sale at the bid should have been recorded as 'short'...but it wasn't...oh well...
