I realize pinks are full of scams, however if you look at the FB message posted by 11B the fact that Lukoil confirmed the reserves and that they have an interested party making an offer, on top of the fact they are not diluting, I think we have a winner. Who knows

Until now FVSTA had been right on...maybe even more prs than necessary.....let's not end by assuming negative. .45 original countered by .62...counteroffer back = ?? I still gotta believe it will happen and be significantly more than .045... 16mm barrels + Usink refinery that we know of.
