They attempted to file a false 8K saying they had fired CEO other two Board members and Sorensen had made himself president. Their actions were null and vios because no quorum. Just Sorensen Peake trying to illegally grab control Viropro. Illegal coup attempt against laws of Nevada and Bylaws of company. Two Board members attempt to bring total collapse of Corporate governance. You could not have more illegal and outrageous behavior of Directors.
