Ouch, Berlin? Most likely they are doing a financing and moving the paper through Berlin...... Do your own research about U.S. Companies that list on BE and why they do it.... Al the info is there for you to see..... Just goggle this... Do people short stocks on the Berlin exchange?

One technique to get around the restricted stock issue is to short he position in Europe and just wait for their paper to become free trading. I bet it won't be long before we get a 'financing' press release soon...... No matter what it says in reality the stock will be at a discount to the bid.

Look at their last filing and calculate their cash position based on previous cash burn..... I calculate they will run out of money in three or four months. All this is my opinion only... Let's see how it plays out...... If volume increases and the stock doesn't move you will have your answer......
