That's a very interesting point. No-one can trade (albeit affecting all OTC stocks) so by the time they CAN trade, this will have had time to reach a LOT more people.
It's possible we could see an impressive spike in both trading volume and price. And that could likely bring more of the same...kind of a snowball effect. :-)
