I'll say the same thing that I tell other shareholders who have approached me on this privately: I urge everyone to give them another 6 months. Litigation at this point would probably be counterproductive.

I have also attempted to clarify to management that people are not going to passively accept this BS very much longer. Unfortunately, I don't know if the message got through. My guess is that my emails are blocked from getting to the firm. Perhaps others can try to convey the seriousness of the situation to management? Or perhaps the folks in Idle management are now reading the board (wasting even more time that could be spent on financials, SEC, hats, t-shirts, selling ad space on Datpiff, etc.)?

NOVEMBER 2013?!?! This nonsense needs to stop!
