i will add that GLER share structure is locked per 8-K filed between HAWK and GLER partnership

GLER is not allowed to Issue any new share out in order to keep the balance correct of the partnership with HAWK


and also GLER cannot do any kind of splits to its stock also in order to maintain the right balance in this partnership

in other words there are NO RISKS of any kind of Dilution here with GLER or any kind of Reverse split risks
