Those are orphaned web pages that were discussed at length back in June. The 11.06 is likely referring to NOVEMBER 2006...and not yesterday.

In fact here is the exact same "11.06" webpage as it appeared on April 4, 2007...so it most certainly is not referring to 11/06/2013....

Nothing has changed in 6.5 years....and those pages were even there before the recent KMA website went down. Those 11.06 pages are meaningless.
