Hurricaneman - a question on those salaries:

You are quite right about the boys taking salary "reductions". My question is did they really "defer" taking part of their salary thus allowing it to accrue?

Seems to me I recall this question being answered, perhaps in a 10-K but I don't recall where or when.

Anyone?
