I can not say this with authority, but I would think that KOMA would fall under EAR99 regs with the commerce department. EAR99 deals with low tech consumer goods. If so, no export license would be required.

My guess is BeBevCo (Brian Weber) does not have an export license.


I believe the company pr'd an export license last year, if memory serves correctly....maybe 2011....

Plus--there was a web site for distribution set up in South Africa, at one point....surely they would have had to have an export license to ship there! Although it seems to me that they pr'd that before they pr'd the export license?

Also--with all the pr's about the latin america distribution and great sales there, then surely they would have had to have an export license for that!

I mean....if they don't, then they would have been unable to ship the product to those countries....and if they couldn't ship the product then how could there have been any sales there....and if there weren't any sales there, but the pr's said sales were great there, then....well--surely they do have an export license.....!
