You are right. The great thing about tonight is we are months, maybe a year, away from reaching the point of no return with the Feds and their eased stance on MJ. By the time 2016 comes around, it wont matter what the incoming presidential administration thinks about marijuana. If he or she wants to tighten back up...good luck.
