You keep saying contract runs out. Which contract are you basing this off of?? If it's the original they have until 2017-18. If it's one of the ones that was drafted after wards, why would the court issue a order of protection for CIRC to keep the right to manufacture and sell during the length of the case? If they were basing it off the redone contracts those redone contracts have already ran out. There would be no need for a court order. So again what are you talking about Nascow?? Provide links and proof so we all can understand what you are basing your opinion on. TIA

Can't sign a 10yr contract in 2008 unless you know you will have a contract that long.
