Call a service rep. They will show you where to look. I have Fidelity and had to ask where L2 was at and they talked me onto it.

Now, your level of fidelity (npi) of the L2 will be different. For instance, for pennies, Fidelity only posts the the top line of L2, not every block. So you have some real time awareness but not enough to trade on. If you can afford $39 a month, I would do iHub L2 if your broker does not have what you want.
