Rather unusual to have an office in the Bank of England as is setting up recovery systems in the UK.

England is pretty well covered for recycling and methane extraction from sewage plants and garbage tips I thought.
One thing thats always been a problem there is the terrible weather LOL.

You need a nice warm climate to get the most from extraction systems I always thought.

So not sure at all about the PR.
