Nope. the Villa was BS too. Calling it "revenue producing" is basically BS too. $10k annually isn't worth talking about foor a public company.Now a single person owning it would be great. Let's also not forget that the Villa was through King's group of shady people too, and he's supposedly now gone. No telling what is going on there.
