I haven't seen that exact page, but I know much of Pvsp's past has been Agent program orientated. You can become an agent for the Android app and Mark will give you a code, so when anyone downloads and becomes a subscriber using that code, you earn the commission.
The iOS requested then to take out the code function so they can't track it like that...I think.
