I want to see a big win like everyone else here, but I am being objective as well. I am seeing this for 'what it is' vs. what 'I wish it to be'.


I agree December is an important month. But tell me this, what happens if nothing happens, then what are we going to hear? We are going to hear the same thing we have for a year plus:

1. "Just wait, things will work out, just legal delays"

2. "Any day now"

3. "This thing is worth at least 10 pps based on Google alone"

4. "This thing is getting no value for its Google win, the ZTE suit, ADT, and the portfolio"

...on and on...

BUT, the counter to it is, yes it is, its getting valued at $250 ml, has no revenues, has not proven it can monetize anything and the BV on the patents is around $20 million bucks, they have $45 ml in cash, that's a pretty big valuation bump.

Just being a sober second thought here guys, sorry I'm no longer drunk on VRNG but this hangover has been going on for 6 months now.

As I said, I agree with JJS, December is a big month for all of us and more importantly, this Management team.
