Ipittydafoo, the real pitty here is that you forgot what this company does. They enforce the patents they own by demanding a royalty on the use of it. if the company refuses to pay then its "see your ass in court".
now we can discuss some issues that i think VRNG fails at.. but staying the course in terms of patent infringement, and enforcement is something they are not lacking in.
explain to me if they are in trial and pending trial on patents they are trying to enforce and show infringement please tell me what earnings you are expecting.
Again, we can talk about things that this company is failing at but the issues you seem to be frustrated about or concerned about is not one of them.
