Where are the shares going to come from (for this P&D) with an un-moved 950 mil Authorized and a 506 mil outstanding (in lieu of a substantial decrease)?

Even if they maxed the AS of 750 mil (post 195 mil cancellation), thats hardly an exorbitant amount.
