After contacting the Zimbabwe court, it has been proven that valentine uses a free public defender to file and handle all his legal garbage.

Since he is 100% broke, he qualifies for free legal help in Zimbabwe. No wonder why lawsuits are filed by valentine at a pace that makes you dizzy!!

Is this the kind of person that knows how to run a mining operation?? Please use common sense.

Not so sure if Valentine is responsible or obligated to ANY of the cost or depts MABWE have incurred to date....is he 50% of mabwe?

I THINK MABWE MINERALS WOULD HAVE A LOT MORE TO WORRY ABOUT !

[1]They would need to explain to there investors about Valentine 50% and that they have committed fraud by claiming they were 100% owner of Dodge mine it is well documented deliberately misleading investors in order to sell shares on the stock exchange
[2]They would have to explain to SEC how Valentine owns 50% and it was not declared when they registered as a public Company and with SEC
[3]They would now have committed fraud on the United Stock exchange by fraudulently selling shares that did not belong to them
[4] There would be a hole lot of Criminal charges against them
[5] They would have to explain the over 20,000,000 million shares and where the money went
