Correct ; I remember that some Belgians were discussing many years ago what they would do with the huge profits forthcoming ! One of them was thinking about buying a Bugatti Veyron first and hence buying an island in the Caribs ! Unbelievable but this isn't a joke. These people have invested a lot and, as said in my previous post, are now very quiet licking their wounds. There are no doubt many like them worldwide though in Belgium Eegc was a real hype.
