count as many as you like....can't get 'em all though. Volume, shareholders, # of shares, get underwriter, get S-1 filed, get amendments filed, restrictive legend removal fee paid, transfer into brokerage account fee paid, get shares registered, get a specialist to sell them, figure out why someone would want to buy them, etc., etc.,....
