History books on great depression recovery ,war debt, would be a good place to start .

Anything except the US Treasury eh. Inflation adjusted debt for the timeframe would be substantially more than debt in 1934 nominal terms. I seriously doubt that any real history book says that the UST issued $750 Billion in nominal terms in 1934. If it did, it would be hugely inaccurate. None of this is even debatable actually, fascinating that individuals want to look anywhere they can except the issuer of the debt for validation of 'bonds' that are obviously fake.
