Of course the share count of 20B is incorrect, it's more like 50B. Whether or not Gaffney was under investigation at that time doesn't matter. The FL SOS amended the AS to 20B and the Le's added another 30B. The FL SOS is quite clear on the amendments. The only thing that may happen to HESG is it will finally be revoked. The Le's did the same thing Gaffney did and hijacked the shell.
