excerpt;
It just wouldn’t make sense to give away a total of 457,000,000 Restricted Shares of GNCP to 5 companies that are providing you the $10,000,000 for the WHITE HILLS GOLD EXPLORATION, INC. project to reverse split them. Again, I could be wrong, but it would make sense to reverse split your primary support. If a reverse split would have been in the plans, they would have waited to provide such $10,000,000 support after the reverse split would have first been done. This is why I truly believe that we have no concerns about a reverse split happening here with GNCP.

Love that post stervc! I applied for mod to be able to update stickies with this extremely interesting GNCP due, so I'm glad to see that you did it already! Massive potential here since you know all those .001 buyers of restricted stock plan on making bank here too.

And PR to explain the reason behind their action:

wondering why an R/S is even being talked about when the company has more than enough shares in the A/S to issue for funding...

Authorized Shares 10,000,000,000 a/o Oct 31, 2013

Your post was 11-03 and OTCmarkets showed an update of the A/S on 10-31

I am guessing that they will eventually raise the Authorized Shares (AS) to compensate for the OS being maxed out.

am I seeing this wrong

please advise

you were spot on. in fact, I'm sure your other DD of the CEO flipping his last gold mine to Rio Tinto for $75M is in par here.
