wondering why an R/S is even being talked about when the company has more than enough shares in the A/S to issue for funding...

Your post was 11-03 and OTCmarkets showed an update of the A/S on 10-31

I am guessing that they will eventually raise the Authorized Shares (AS) to compensate for the OS being maxed out.
