I just think this stuff creates a powerful argument against Republican Teabagger philosophy. If government does nothing, technological change will eventually destroy most middle class jobs and lead to more economic inequality. There probably won't even be enough low paying service sector jobs to go around. Consequently, some way to redistribute income becomes absolutely necessary or 99% of us will end up poor. The only question then is what is the most equitable way to do this.
