Please don't get me wrong, because I am long this stock - about 500,000 shares (which isn't a whole lot over $100.00)

ANYWAY, the company could be and probably is a scam. Ask your broker about sub-penny stocks and your brokerage will tell you AT LEAST 95% of sub-penny stocks never succeed, and most are scams.

So what am I doing here? Sometimes I get bored with trading listed stocks, and I devote about 2 % of my portfolio to 'crap shoots', like this one. I have 5 'pinkys' at the moment, a 3D TV/ipad/cell phone start up and a doll maker, just to mention a couple others besides this one. When I buy these crapshoots I EXPECT TO LOSE MOST OF THE MONEY I INVEST IN THEM, because 19 times out of 20, that's the way it normally works out. Sometimes the one winner more than makes up for the losses, but not always.
But it's fun and I enjoy it. It's a lot harder to make any money in sub-pennys than it is the regular listed stocks, that's for sure.

But anyway, godd luck. Just don't ever bet the farm on a 'pinky.'

In January, LATF had an A/S of 400M. The next quarter it increased 150% to 1B shares. The OS and Float were subsequently raised also. The very next quarter it increased another 100% to 2B shares. LATF is a dilution machine and the hammer is about to come down.
