My friend's case is in Texas, a defaulted promissory note.

I assisted in arrangement of this loan based on Peter's misrepresentations/lies to me. Damages will be over $250,000 since interest, attorney's fee, and collection costs are applicable as per note. Peter and PVE did not respond in time and default judgement has been petitioned to court. In the most recent Annual Report / Financials, this defaulted promissory note is not disclosed in the footnotes as required by GAAP.



My personal lawsuit for unpaid consultant fees and other damages has been drafted by counsel, but I have yet to file in the appropriate court. I have presented formal notice and demand for payment to Peter and PVE, and their attorney - Michael Reppas, of the claim however.
