Why do you want to sue the FDA? They just ASKED for a selling stop, after serious concerns came up. And Ariad should follow this stop. But I see no problem, that already enrolled patients, who feel well with the drug, should not receive it furthermore.
That's not a personal vendetta, that's just an assessment over interest. And the higher interest is always the well-being of the patients. I don't see any conflict right now, because affected patients can still get their drug, prescribed by their physicans. And ARIAD can now have a deeper look at the data, and they will cooperate with FDA in the way, which is necessary.
