This should not be taken as a negative, Many other Chinese companies have done the same thing of offering more shares to internal or outside investors at certain price points and the stocks have done well. It shows confidence in the company that they can execute based on performance. I bet they are going to have strong earnings on the 12th which makes raising money through an offering like this even easier.
