Absolutely correct. EAR and ITAR still pending.

Just like LEI not being able to sell to US law enforcement until they get the FDA variance that BE already has. I guess two different paths to selling to different markets. One focused on selling in the US and the other, well not quite sure what they are focused on really. I guess it is all of those international orders they keep receiving.
