Wow. Epic sells 1% of their shares likley to either pay taxes since they are paid in shares or to pay Elite's Milestone payment due here in 14 days....on 13 ANDAs....sorry not selling my shares....

Did you even bother to read the form 4? Why is a profitable company using shares from another company to pay taxes? Makes no sense
