Cdft Uplising closer then one thinks .

Given a S1 takes 6-8 months, that's the minimum time. In the meantime average trading volume of zero for the past 6 months isn't too promising. And no fraudulent bonds can't substitute for revenue.

More like a stock suspension, UST filing criminal charges against management is closer than one thinks. Well, at least much closer than any mythical up listing.
