My research with the equipment they are using
says 8hrs. I was told that the Boston facility,
at one point was working 3 shifts & 24hrs a day.

I do NOT know what exactly they were engaged in
there. At least two board members have visited
& toured those facilities themselves. I expect
to make a physical inspection myself after the
holidays.

BUT a 16mm, 35mm film element &/or a 70mm
digital file should take 8hrs to "convert"
according to my DD. NanoTech has stated they
are using additional proprietary techniques
& so I do NOT know what that means tbh: how
often? every film? for how long? etc...

Hope that helps!!

PS- As I have often said. My research is MY
OWN, everyone should conduct their own DD &
invest accordingly. I do my best to present
the FACTS as I know them. Nothing more &
nothing less...

Approximately 8 Hours for the scan. We take 9 different images of every frame to create an HDR image of the movie, giving us much better dynamic lighting than typical scanners. From there we have an automated process for noise removal which takes roughly 2 hours. After that the process varies depending on the quality of the print. Anywhere from 4 hours to a few days based on scene by scene lighting and color correction.
