In the long term yes. In the short term? AAMRQ has it all over FNMA. I took out my position in FMCC, kept FNMA, put into AAMRQ.

I suspect if you were to compare FNMA chart in ten years with AAMRQ's new symbol, FNMA would dwarf it. FNMA FMCC stocks of the century...I rode AAMRQ up from under 40 cents and doubled down on the DOJ dip...FNMA will blow by AAMRQ's current price and past CAT and perhaps even FDX and BA.
