Sounds like the "Tin Can Approval" has been kicked down the ROAD AGAIN!

There are forces at play we don't know about so 2014 looks like a "May Be"
for approval. Darn shame, too, because NBRI had approval to begin mining its original claim. DELAYS are killing this potential MEGA JV ! JOHO
